So this weekend we wanted to tell you about one of our favourite repair help sites. is full of guides on fixing electrical and non-electrical items, and if you’re a fixer you can upload your own step-by-step guides on repairing things to help the community grow even more.

Phone fixing at home

They’ve got guides for fixing a wide variety of electrical and electronic items, but they also have household things covering dripping taps, squeaky office chairs, how to repair paintbrush bristles and lots more!

Repairing paint brush bristles

And we, and they, would love to know what you’re fixing at home, so post photos on social media and tag us #PompeyFix #FixAtHome and let’s inspire each other.

As always, if you have questions for our volunteer repair team, do email or message us with your questions and we’ll try and help you out.

And we know it’s looking gorgeous out there, but please follow the guidelines and only go out for essentials (weekly) and exercise (daily) whilst keeping a minimum of 2m away from others….and enjoy fixing during your time at home.  #staysafe
